i searched and didn't find anything on this. but everytime i go on a tramp, the second i get off my lower back starts to hurt. i have a feeling when i get back into jumps im gonna be having some problems. does anyone know how to exercise my back so that it will strengthen up and stop hurting? anyone have similar problems?

well i've been off of the tramps for about 2-3 weeks and just got back on them tonight. so waiting isn't going to do very much.

Maybe stretch before? Do some super mans (lay on stomach and lift up your upper body without using arms or legs) Or just dont tramp for even longer

I get this too. I asked my doctor and he said theres some muscle related to your back that gets worked when you jog or on the tramp. He said you can strengthen the muscle by doing sit & holds.

its called tramp back. you get it really from tramping a lot and not bouncing properly. theres a thing called basic bounce. its hard to explain in words over the internet, but the motion is almost like swimming, with your arms, like a breast stroke, so when your bouncing up you sort of want to do that. you want to finish every bounce up with your toes, and stiffen out your legs. this not only prevents tramp back but increases your height a ton, take like a week from tamping to let it get back to normal, then try what i just explained and you should be golden! hope this helped

hey man
I have had this problem before, and to get your back feeling better is quite simple but takes patience. Lay on your back with your legs in the air. Keep your knees at a 90 degree angle, and go side to side slowly. DO NOT LET YOUR LEGS HIT THE GROUND! After a few reps of this, lay with your legs to one side. Put your outside leg over your inside, and let it rest on it. You should feel a good stretch on the muscles in your back. Repeat on the other side. Then role back and forth with your legs straight up (Like your doing a backwards summersault except dont). After that, lay on your back again and turn your torso and legs in opposite directions. This should pop your lower back.
Hope it helps
