Back from Utah!

yo dude.. i just got back today from 6 days out there... 2 snowbird, 2 alta, 1 deer valley, and 1 solitude

it was siiiiiiiick

I was in a do-pointless-work-room today with a huge poster of Utah. Was a few years old, but still looked nice.

good to hear they are getting dumped on. im leaving tomorrow and skiing for 6 days out there and am psyched out of my mind. i love it out there. booyah

It's nice to see that all the East Coast kids are enjoying themselves where the good skiing is. Now you need to get motivated and move out here.

for the past week PC has been nothing but SUN! and tourists and kids on break. its okay tho there goin back to school monday, then its session on!

big sky/moonlight it was sooo fuckin dope id say we spent prob 70 percent on tram runs other 30 on various big sky stuff, headwaters and moonlight shrubbery kinda pissed cuz we didnt get to do a-z chutes because we kinda saved them for last and they were closed because of all the wind and shitty visibility that was going down and i really wanted to do the snow fields but we werent about to drop a couple hundred on avi gear just for a couple runs there but all in all SUCH a nasty trip if anyones heading out west i highly reccomend big sky/moonlight just because theres SO much challenging terrain and theres like hardly anyone there

Yeah I am loving living here, but its been really warm. Oh well just means its time to get some fun park skiing and filming in.

Anyone ever go to Powder Mountain. I feel it gets overlooked a lot. They don't have much of a park but they have more skiable acres of any resort in the US. There are TONS of places to go with no tracks at all. Lots of backcountry stuff and very little grooomers.

yeah, I think I am going to check that place out. Its the one with the one ride cat skiing thing, right? how far is that from SLC?

Powder Mountain is about 45 minutes from SLC. It's in Ogden. There is no crowd there ever. The CAT skiing is real nice. Also check out Powder Country, it is the entire backside of the mountain. You just ski down until you get to a road and wait for a bus to take you back up. There aren't many steeps but there is fresh Powder a long time after a snow.

so pissed i missed out on that i heard this guy talking about it that it was like a once in a lifetime experience

depierrear5 was there this week, and also i saw another group of girls were there, check the picture part to find out exactly who

I would say that utah is a bad place to get blasted every day. After all, they have strict alcohol laws

yep was just in alta, snowbird, solitude for a week. fuckin nasty. managed to hit the diving board at alta after the big dump this past sunday :-)

I live in Park City and there was some pretty good skiing but today it was so warm that the snow was wet and terrible but it was fine in Pick 'N Shovel
