Back and Neck Pains

Alright so this happened yesterday, I was hitting a line of tables at Mt. Hood and I happened to overshoot one of them way past the downhill onto the flat. I didn't break anything but today while my friends are skiing I am stuck in a hotel room and I can barely move, does anyone know how to heal back problems fast?

rest, you might of compressed vertabrea, nothing serious but anti inflamatory medicine like Robaxacet would help

Alright I will probably get some of that Robaxacet stuff, and to see a Kyropractor do you need to book an appointment like way in advance or can you just show up?

depends. some of them accept show ups some dont its all up to the doctor. also alot of insureance plans do cover it.

it all depends on how you feel. if you think your well enough to ski, then do it. it also depends on how badly you hurt yourself.

i think thta if you take care of it, it will be sore tommorow but you will still be able to ski. good luck.

Well yes right now it is getting alot better and my dad is going to pick me up some stuff to cure it, I think going in a hot tub should help it out a bit too.
