B.A.S.E jump idea

hey guys.

i have completed 11 sucessful jumps and ready to take it to the next stage.

im flying into the us in october for 3 jumps one of grand canyon one of the 3 rivers geourge and a city building in LA.

now my question is two fold. how bad would the cops fuck me over for doing it. and how far is 3 rivers geourge from the nearest cop shop as i am doing a pendulum jump (were you rig a reverse high tension bungee cord shot up higher then the bridge then pull cord.) which will take the best part of 3 hours to set. thanks guys.
 
the LA one you'd get fucked really fast. cuz when you go out the door to the roof an alarm will probably go off and the cops will be on their way.
 
yea we are not to worried about the LA jump. it has a heli pad on the roof, and my contact in LA Knows the janitor or something plus im landing on the tray of a ute (a pick up truck) and driving of with the cover of the ute over me, the ute will have fake plates as well so we are pretty much sorted.
 
This sounds so sick. I guess if you've got all that sorted for LA, then there's not much to worry about apart from not landing on the truck (but you can always get in quick, haha).

Make sure you come back and tell us when you've completed them. Do you (or friends) ever take vids/pics?

pretty sweet sounding jump though... i wanna get into base jumping looks like a pretty fun thing to do

but by doing something with that risk of danger makes it fun... when it goes according to plan
 
the fake plates doesn't sound too bright. if a cop see's you floating down and turns on his sex lights, thats just another thing your going to get busted for.
 
sounds sweet. if the cops bother you pull over in a crowded area and start chanting "rodney king! rodney king! rodney king!" and a riot should ensue giving you time to get back to good old austrailia
 
11 successful jumps? did he really need the successful part. I mean if he was not successful would he be posting here. Just messing around.

yea i have had 5 bad jumps 3 i was caught and had to pay huge bail.

the other 2 i kissed the wall after wind caught the chute.
 
Any injuries when you got hit by the wind? This sounds sick.. I want an epic cop chase!! Haha.

Btw, if cops started chasn you with their lights on , woud you pull over or try and outrun them???
 
injuries not two bad both sholder dislocated and a knee break from the first 2nd was better just brusing and scrapes.

and cop chase. ummmmmmmm not to sure if i see cops on the street waiting for me to jump i would prob jump float as far as i can and try to ditch them in a car chase i dunno maybe just pull over you guys got some crazy shit on that wildest police videos all the dudes end up fucked.

we usually have shadow cars where there is at least 3 other cars on the street exactly like the lead car and then we all peel off once i will be in the tray of the ute hopefully it will confuse the shit outta of them and if they catch a diffrent car then they cant do shit. we did it in tokyo and it worked really well.
 
Sounds dope and well planned. If there were cops waiting for you to jump, then maybe not a good idea. But if there aren't, you should be ok. Cops will take around 5 minutes to get there... and you'll probably be gone by then, even if an old lady phones the police right after you jmp.
