Does anyone know the website for the mag i saw the cover on the powder website, looked sick, also is this their second issue, the being the style one with pollard on the cover

 
No site, first issue comes out either the 10 or 12.

it is the powder website, because it is published by powder, i got the first one free when i bought the 30th anniversary issue of powder around last christmas, the new one comes out sometime in october.
