What the hell is this song... it's at the start of that Idle Hands movie

It's like woo hooo awwww here we go now
 
I remember the video having sesame street characters in it. But I can't remember the song or group. One hit wonder, I guess.
 
I have the soundtrack, but I need to know more about what the song sounds like, or where in the song it says it cause i cant htink of what it is off the top of my head.
 
Its by Grits... Is it like "he feel like she feel. oh! round and round we go..." or something alog those lines?
 
NOOO that's not it, this is some schoolyard bullshit.

IT kinda sounded like it, but all it says is WOO WOOO, AWWW HERE WE GO NOW WOOO WOOO ect.
