i had one last week that caused basically the entire left side of my nose to swell. thought for sure it was more than just a pimple. tried to pop it multiple nights before bed and not once did anything by blood and clear liquid come out. i was kind of excited to see it explode... oh well. ended up with a huge nasty scab for a couple days that "looked like was stabbed with a pencil" as someone stated. almost a week later and its just about healed.
