Avy Probe stuck open

So i did a project for a class and filmed myself using some BC stuff. I get out my probe, assemble it, use it, then i try to dissemble it, and its stuck open in a full rod. its a black diamond 265 cm probe. Ive closed and opened it up dozens of time before. Its not cold, its inside at room temp. Im not sure what to do. I mean if its broke i could warranty it, but how would i ship the damn thing? Also it doesntl look like theres any bends in the rods. PLEASE HELP! i need answers asap. Presenting in class tomorrow. Will be posting to other forums as well.

I was being stupider than the pole lol. Haha but really when I've opened it before and went to close it I just pull on a joint to Seperate it. Well this time is was locked up nice and I forgot about the two tabs up top to unlock it haha. Silly me.
