Swollen and Gob kicked ass as I expected, and I never thought I'd say this, but Avril has more talent than I gave her credit for. She sang basket case by greenday. though she needs to work on her stage presence. She didn't have the energy that gob or swollen had.

i saw swollen twice in 3 weeks, once during frosh week at my school and next at snowjam ottawa. i like how in DEEP END they say how they never duplicate shows but the two shows were exactly the same. i could tell my buddy what song would be next and i never failed!

I wasn't planning on going, but then two hotties asked me to joinn them. It was great fun. and for those that don't know Gob is a band that opened for avril.

yeah, I wasn't a fan at all before the show. I still wouldn't consider myself a fan, but she has my respect. she can acually sing live. maybe not the best at selecting or writing songs, but she can sing. And Gob and Swollen opened for her because they are apparently on the same label now.

BamBam, I thought she was crap untill that concert. she didn't murder that song. There is no way it will ever be as good as Greenday's, but it was pretty damn good.

I was getting a ride back home from school for a weekend, and the ride is like 6-7 hrs, and the chick im getting a ride home from pulls out the Avril CD. I'm thinking, NO WAY AM I GONNA HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE DISC!! She puts it in, and I just about pooped my pants, i couldn't believe it. Avril is really good, i actually liked just about every song. She definitley has talent.

after the avril lavigne day at our school, i ad enough of her. think of the pain i went through...all these fat chicks wearing too much makeup with ties over their shirts and sporting the converse chucks...

yea, avril has a decent voice, but what killed her music for me was hearing it every day @ the same time on the drive 2 skool for a month on teh radio... just kinda drove me insane.... but she she must be better live....

i'm not sure about her, but she needs to start singing or writing better music...
