WOW i totally was too, my neighbour bought me tixs to go to gob, swollen members and avril lavinge....beside it being an avril lavinge concert ti was suick cuz there was soo many many girls.....sadly most of them where about 12. I think i was 15 or 16 at the time.  She let some guy come on stage to sing the song with her, and he didn't knwo the words....it was hilarious, and at the end he snuck in kiss to her....she was pissed and he was stoaked. it was sick.

I listened to that song "I wanna be your boyfriend" by the Rubinoos after hearing of this lawsuit.

Honestly, I don't think there was any real plagiarism. The only major similarities are in the choruses and in fact that both songs are bad.

Seriously, the people suing's song sounds more like "Get off my cloud" by the rolling stones than avril lavringe's "girlfriend."
