Not to mention, electronic music producers have been working with mainstream acts for years. That's absolutely NOTHING new.
Daft Punk, Moby, Paul Van Dyk, Royksopp, The Prodigy... I can go on seemingly forever with groups and artists who have worked on mainstream projects...
I don't give a shit how much of an 'authority' you have on this by working in the music industry... To predict the future you need to know your past, and you seem to have either forgotten, or never learned the history here, and how it correlates to the future growth of electronic music - the most unpredictable genre in music.
