AVI?

I have a file thats supposedly for Windows Media Player, its an AVI, but it wont play, it says I'm missing a codec or something. What codec do I need?

most of the codecs they make you pay for if you click the "web help" link they give you.

i just picked one they provided, downloaded the trial version, and then got a serial crack. but if you dont want to steal/crack the trial versions, then try this

divx is always good for avi, and comes with most codecs you will ever need, or vlc media player.

google media player classic. Its just like windows media player only it plays everything and its much cleaner looking.
