Avatar problem

I am trying to upload a new avatar. Not sure where my original from 8 year ago went but it is gone. I have resized an image and tried to upload it. It is not working and not sure why. Anyone have an idea?

Anybody knows why this doesn't work?

Make sure the file sizes are correct. Also jpg file types seem to be accepted the most often
