I think its more so because their prices are in euros and just converted to USD. Their money is worth a HELL of a lot more than US.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but over there its quite resonably priced gear?

It'd be like importing a european car - it'd be dope, cooler than everything else, and hardly anyone would have it. But its going to cost a lot.

when i moved here from canada 4 years ago living on my savings in canadian dollars, it wasn a world of pain - hell even a mcdonalds meal is 3x the price.

Its fairly similarly priced to mainstream gear. I got my suit from a junkigear (www.junkigear.com). Theyre doing 10% off the combo of jacket and pants and free european delivery so its a good deal at the moment. Got my orange ninja suit for £250 delivered. Sizes are massive though.

and by that I mean go support your local shop. (if you have one)

Theyll go out of business if you keep buying from overseas online shops.
