The amount of videos being posted with auto play is pissing me off. One thread had 10 of them and it made my computer force quit my browser. I'm proposing that any post with an auto-play video just gets deleted. Its so annoying.

So yah, who agrees with me?
 
k mods can you delete his. I search barred but nothing came up. Also you might want to actually do what you said. Theres still tons of autoplay embeds.

THATS SO SICK! NEEDS TO BE PUT ON THE FRONT PAGE! They should just make the forum search bar link to that. The ns one blows.
 
well that is an embedding option that should be check, like the way you have to choose old embed code when embedding youtube videos

and yeah J5 the google method kicks ass right?
 
I have to agree with Zack here it's a big piss off. It's not really peoples fault though the old embedded code on vimeo has autoplay=true on it, seems like they just added it in the past week or two.
 
Well I agree It pisses me off when I open a thread and some random edit starts playing. Isn't there an option to turn off the autoplay when you embed though?
 
unrelated, but i think that you have to use the new embed code now. i successfully embedded one with it after the old embed code wouldn't work.
i think at this point the best solution is to get information out on how to turn off autoplay, like was said before, most seem to be accidents.
