Austrian lift kills 9

some lift in austria was swingin all wierd or somethin and fell. killed 9 poeple. any one got other info?

 
nope, a big piece of metal or something fell off a helicopter on the lift or something like that

i heard it was a piece of concrete that fell of a helicopter, but it doesnt matter.

my friends often go skiing there. theres a camp each summer that is pretty famous in this area.

i think all the people that got killed were germans.

bad for this mountain, because there was already a situation in november were luckily noone got killed or hurt but a lift stopped and hundreds of people got to wait for a few hours till they got rescued.

I can't believe how well informed you guys are...it was such a freak accident. a helicopter which was transporting a 750kg block of concrete lost its load (how that happened no one knows) as it passed 300m over the gondela. and it just happend to hit a gondela. how unlucky is that?

a real tragedy...6 of the victims where kids.
