Australia anyone?

I'm thinking of going to Australia but my friends are telling me its dangerous cause they have the highest crime rate in the entire continent. If i go there where should I go and how can I stay safe?
 
Parents need to punch their 12 year olds kids like this one in the face for being retarded. How can you fail so hard at trolling. It's not really that hard. Why do you suck at it?
 
then even if there are other countries in the Australian continent, I PROMISE you that it is less safe in New Guinea, Indonesia than Australia
 
Im actually from Australia, its awesome, the snow has been fantastic this year ... although i am looking forward to a couple of months in Japan!! Although im still not sure what crime rate your comparing australias too, i can safely say Australias is not as high as many other western countries. I dont lock my car at night and I rarely lock my house. peace

It's totally safe, that is rediculous.
I went there last month and it was great. go to Sydny and do the Bridge Climb, and go to Melbourne. There is some cool stuff in both cities.

also i live in australia and to be honest i've never been to the United States (America is a continent in case you got confused) but from what i've heard Australia is a fuckload safer. I've never felt threatened walking around any particular neighborhood at night i'm not worried that random strangers are carrying guns just "CUZ ITS DER GOD GIVEN RITE".
