saying 'who gives a fuck' is not stating an opinion. an opinion would be 'i dont give a fuck'. 'who gives a fuck' is just a wise ass bitchy ass way to say that you think your cooler than someone else
 
Lol... "who gives a fuck" is a rhetorical question stated from the point of a persons opinion. Thus, in this format, it would in fact be an opinion.

My comment was in response to a kid saying, "I do (should be a comma here)why are you so cranky all the time"

and I said, "He doesn't (in response to the kid's 'I do'), why do you care (in resonse to his cranky-ness comment).

Just clarifying.
