Any suggestions on where I can find some turns this month near SLC? Timp always has snow but it's a bitch to hike. Will Beartooth Basin still have some coverage? Just gotta get my 12 consecutive months in

beartooth mountain plateau has snow 365. However it's not a chill time unless you're with people who know avy skills, s&r and first aid. People die in the beartooth mtn's monthly

Ok good to know. We’ve got a solid amount of avy experience but we’ve never been in that area, so probly a no go then

I saw a photo from a kid I know around a week ago up there, the glacier area looks pretty gross and suncupped, not sure at this point how steep it is with what’s left. Either gotta go to hood or somewhere like the Tetons or sawtooth range I think, if we got 700” again this season I’m sure timp or some other areas would go nice still.
