Audio Helmets?

So I am looking for a new hemet to match my set up. I want something that will actually sound good (something that will produce some bass) and it has to be white. I was looking at the Smith Variant brim paired with the I/O goggles (both in wite) but i wanted to see if anybody knows anything about the sound quality of the skullcandy hedsets in them. Or if anybody has some better suggestions. I used to have the Giro MX 10 and i thought the tune ups sounded like shit and broke after about the 4th time i used them.
 
I have a Smith Holt with Smith I/O goggles and they fit like pb and j. The sound quality in the Holt with the Single Shot Skullcandy system sounds awesome, I love it. I would say go with the Variant Brim and the I/O goggles. Sick together, plus Smith helmets and goggles work together to vent so they dont fog and your head stays at a nice temp.
 
alright thanks a lot i just ordered the variant brim and the I/O goggles. All the skullcandy headsets are sold out so i will prolly just order that later when they get them back.
 
Great choice on the Variant, my brother rides that with I/Os and I ride a Hustle with I/Os and both fit flawlessly. Great comfort and the audio is great.
 
My bro got me a pair of IO's for christmas. Sickest goggs available. I use them with a Smith holt helmet. I just ordered the skullcandy single shot audio ear pads tonight.

The Variant brim is such a SICK helmet, it's my next purchase for sure.
 
i think i tend to be really picky with my sound quality, i have the holt with the single shot too but i find it has really poor base and not a crisp sound compared to my regular headphones or earbuds...i wouldnt suggest them unless you don't mind turning the volume down for better quality
 
I posted earlier in the fall inquiring about the skullcandy singleshot headphones and most people said they were kinda crappy, and to be honest I'm not expecting much for $30 CDN. However, the convenience of having built in audio ear pads for cheap is better than nothing.

Here's hoping it doesnt let me down TOO much :D
 
thats like i got skullcandy icons despite everyone saying the sound quality was absolute shit but they were just fine for me i didn't have extremely high expectations so its all good as long as you don't expect too much in anything you won't be disappointed, often you will be pleasantly surprised
