Audio editing software...

i need some help cuz im tryin to find some software where i can mix two different tracks and like speed up/slow down the tempo and stuff like that.

if anyone knows what program would work the best, id appreciate the help

well there's a lot of programs, acid is alright, i use that cause i got it for free.
