Mt. Ripley is open for good now, we already have 3 Tables, and by next week there should be at least 1 more if not 2 or 3. I don't think any other park in Michigan is open yet, besides marquette's rail setup. Only hill in the upper peninsula with night skiing 7 days a week I believe. Should be pretty sick by January.

i was thining about heading to marquette. i have a question, is the upper peninsula of michigan connected by a bridge to the mainland? cause that would be alot shorter for me i think.

I haven't skied in the midwest for three winters now, but I think that Ripley is one of the best mountains in Michigan just because of the good vibe (besides Bohemia, of course). I only raced there back then, so I may be a bit out of my element on this....

i don't like to dis someone else's hill, but if you were to waste that much time in a car you sould really go to marquette. they have jumps, rails, and a cliff or two.

ripley is a sick hill, lots of steeps and excellent features, i've never seen a good park there but maybe this year will be different, i might head up there sometime this week and check it out
