I have realize a common theme of non-bush supporters recently. It is quiet distribing. You are all bitching about bush and what not, ok i can understand that. But i have a big fucking problem when you start to disrespect the troops and america and its symbols. You don't realize that all everything you do and have done is becasue of this country and the soliders that have died to protect our freedoms. Yes, the war may be unjust, but the troops don't have a god damn choice. I say shut the fuck up and support our god damn troops. Bring them home. Just remember before you make comment about the country or the draft or our troops that they are the reason you are here and have teh ability to open your mouth and speak freely.

I am also asking the mods to delete these kinds of threads because they are unamerican. In fact, all bush - kerry shit should be deleted. It is time for us as a country to unite and bring home our troops.

WE HAVE TO SUPPORT BUSH BECAUSE HE IS THE ONLY WAY OUR TROOOPS WILL BE BROUGHT HOME. I KNOW YOU DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT, BUT ITS TRUE. WE ARE STUCK WITH HIM, LIVE WITH IT. USE YOUR VOICE WISELY AND STOP BASHING AMERICA AND OUR TROOPS AND SUPPORT THE COUNTRY WE LOVE SO DEARLY.

I voted for Kerry, but I have never said fuck the troops. I know a lot of democrats have said that, and it's just wrong. We're allready there, so we're going to have to deal with it. Also, those who support Bush need to look on the other side of this. There are many Bush supporters out there that think were should just obliterate (i.e. completely wipe out) the Iraquis. Saying screw the troops is awful, but saying screw the Iraqis is just as bad. Please look at both sides of the issue next time.

word. the reason the rest of the world hates us (alright too stong, seriously dislikes us) is because 'we' america are pompis ass holes in general. Not saying that everyone is, but after talking to many friends around the world, thats the concensus. As a result people (perhpas terrorists) have tried to humble us, but in fact just made it even worse for both sides of the spectrum.

We really can't do anything about it so we will be watching, and the less time being spent dwelling on the subject is less time that we have to live our lives and enjoy everything out there. World politics are beyond the common indiviudal, so respect that and get on living.

 
I'm not saying that INTELLIGENT democrats said that, just some. I completely agree with the last post. What Bush has done is alienated the US from the rest of the world. Also, he has undermined the authority of the United Nations. The reason the League of Nations failed after WWI is that it didn't have the US. If the UN doesn't have the US, it will fail as well. The only country with any significant power that backs the US is England, and that's only Tony Blair (not the people.) Our two biggest problems because of Bush are North Korea and China. North Korea isn't a huge threat, but while we're in Iraq NK is building an arsenal. If they do ever have any reason to attack the US or its interests in the future, we will have NO international support. The biggest problem, however, is China. Economically, China has the ability to cripple the US. And, because we won't have any allies, we'll have to bend over and take it when China comes up from behind.

P.S. My theories are based on Bush following the same foreign policy that he is following now. If he is to apologize the the UN, things will be mush different.

Ive never heard anyone ever say screw the troops. I hate how people look at people protesting the war and say they are unpatriotic. They do not support out troops. They do support our troops they just dont support the war! Un patriotic is sending over a thousand american born US soldier to their death in Iraq for no reason. Bush says we are fighting terrorists........ IN IRAQ!?!?!?!?! seriously anyone who thinks there is anykind of link is retarded.I would hate anyone who didnt support the actual fighting of our troops.Our troops are only doing what our asshole president is telling them to do. Not supporting the war loving assholes who sent them to Iraq is completly different. I am afraid the only way for most of America to wake up is by Bush Fucking our country up more then he has already, so much people will not be able to ignore it anymore. If democrats cant win after the republicans fucked our country over this much I dont know if they will ever be able to win.

the only person who disparages the troops is their commander in chief.. who sends them improperly armed and without the proper planning and intelligence needed. the person who sends them on missions to appease his friends in the oil industry. i think we all know who that person is.

And you think voting him in a second time is going to make him change his mind?? Have you really thought that through? Bush is a terrorist bent on turning the world into a bunch of christians. Hey, if other countries want to run things differently from the good ol' USof A then let 'em. If they have a huge problem with the leadersof their country then they will revolt and solve things on their own. Does the fact that even after Saddam is captured and Iraq has been 'freed from tyranny' there are still bombings by large groups of rebels fighting AGAINST the US occupation mean anything to you? Like maybe they don't want the USA meddling in their affairs???

 
yeah whoever thinks Iraq had no terrorist connections is retarded. u have no idea what this war has done to help iraq, fight terrorism and protect us. I talk to ppl in the military all the time, theyre accomplishing alot. the damn news just never tells the positive parts of the war. oh and does the fact that about 80% of the military voted for president bush tell u anything? theyre not dumbasses, they know who would make the best commander-in-chief

 
Break_A_Leg, lets poll the Iraqis and see whether they like their country more now, or when the Saddam was in power. Of course the troops are going to vouch for their present day CIC. The reason they enlisted for Military Service was most likely because they supported Bush's views. George W. Bush invaded Iraq, lacking an explanation to his own people as to why he went about doing so. He still hasn't given a valid explanation to us as citizens. I have yet to understand fully why the majority of American people support a President who has not given any sort of justification for his meddling in Iraqi affairs. Show me where the WMD's are buddy ol' pal.

One of the main things wrong with America is that free speech is being taken away. You say on here that 'we cant say certain things cause its unamerican'. I say the very things that made America a great place are being taken away. Part of what makes a free country free is the ability to say what you want when you want it. I think the fore-fathers of America had that more in mind when they rebeled.

Second support a war in which many innocent people die so that are people won’t die. Give me a break what makes us so much better than anyone else.
