Attention UK NSers - missing friend

Hey guys,

I know there is a UK board, but a lot more people will see this; and also aware this is not Ski Gabber but I just want as many people to see this as possible.

A good friend of mine, and girlfriend of another good friend (and good skier and NS member), is currently missing in the UK.

Jo Yeates was last seen in the Clifton area of Bristol on Friday 17th December. She headed home around 8:30pm and has not been seen since.

Jo is not the type of girl to go off without reason, and her personal belongings were left at the flat. She has been missing almost a weeek now and the story is picking up national news coverage.

fuck this is bad, saw it on the news today, seems pretty sketch, my step-dad thinks the boyfriend might of killed her..

Please inform your stepdad that he is totally wrong.

For one, he has been totally and completely rules out of the investigation, he was in Sheffield all weekend.

Secondly, he is totally in love with Jo, they were extremely happy and planning to spend xmas together. He is a NSer, a really nice guy and there is absolutely zero chance that he would ever harm her, or anyone else.

If you saw the press conference from Tuesday, or any pictures of him from it; you would imediately realise that he had absolutely nothing to do with it and is a completely devastated and broken man. This has literally torn his life apart.

Not to be a ass but 90% of the time it's the other half. Just because he plays the part of being sad does not rule him out. Now with that being said, I am sorry that your friend is missing and hope she comes home safe. I also am not saying that the bf did this. Do not take it that way.

I know how you are feeling. Back in November, a good long time family friend went missing, they found her in the river about 300 yards from her home, she was dead when they found her. They are pointing fingers at her hubby, but I also do not think it was him.

Cannot sleep so here's a wuick update incase you have not seen on the news.

Police today (xmas day) have been investigating a body found in longmead lane about 3 miles from the flat.

No positive ID yet. We all hope it is not Jo. Whoever the body turns oout to be, please think of their family.

Hopefully an update tomorrow,

 
wow dude this is redic sad. I hate to jump the gun, but the probability of that body being hers is nearly 100% (no other missing persons reports, location, time of discover etc) fucking horrible man, I'm so sorry.
 
There are some real sick people around. Hope they catch the bastard (if its foul play).

My condolences and heartfelt sympathy for her family, losing someone at this time of year is terrible especially in circumstances like this. I hope the culprit is found. Rest In Peace. +vibes.
 
Mad vibes-I'm in the Uk now and have been visiting home over the holidays and followed this story for a week. What fucking low life murders a young girl just before Xmas..... Be strong man, thoughts are with you.

ohh man, i was watching this on the news she was found literally like 40 minuets from where i live... it makes it so much worse when a part of the NS community is good friends with her...
 
thats fucking horrible. i hope the bastard who did this is found. (assuming someone did this to her.)
