FYI - IE 6 comes with some third-party tracking spyware (called Alexa if i remember) that Ad-Aware or Spybot will pick up and remove. I would just recommend Firefox if you're using windows. I think I'm the only linux user on this whole damn site...

Hey guys,

We are looking for some help here, and it might seem a bit gay, but it'll work out well in the end.

If we all download the Alexa toolbar, every time we log into the site our rating will be higher and higher.

It seems super silly, but then we will outrank all the other skiing websites officially, and it will help in selling the site to companies. Once we have enough money, we're going to start really stepping it up. Any help would be much appreciated.

^The original post. I've been using Alexa on IE on my desktop for weeks with no ill effects whatsoever, with Mcafee on max security, no less. Is it a skewed? Probably. Doesn't mean it won't help NS out, though. Do what you want, though, no one's forcing you.
