Attacks for 50 bucks less than STH2s worth the switch?

Can get either Attack 13s for 200CAD or STH2s for 250CAD. Been skiing the sths on my other pairs for a few years now and like em, but wouldn't mind a cheaper lighter binding for the new sticks.

Downsides of making the switch?

Binding weight isn’t gonna effect the swing weight or general feel of the ski. I’d recommend sticking with STH2s because they feel a bit more solid than attacks.

If the STH2s are 16s and not 13s, I would say the $50 is worth the difference. If you're comparing STH13s to Attack 13s, I'd say save the $50 and just get the Attacks. They're both great bindings.

I cant complain about either binding, have both on different skis. But i would go with the STH unless the need for the savings is higher

I’ve been riding attack 13s for 5 ish years. Have them on 3 pairs of skis. They work very well. Best bang for buck binding out there

The extra 50 on the STH2 regardless of its din is gonna get you more lateral travel in the toe than attacks, but it comes down to personal preference. If Gen 1 attacks were still around I’d say go with those, but given the new attacks aren’t quite built the same, the STH2 is a more solid binding.

Op got a point, if u can find the STH2 16s

nab em. I got my first pair since pivots and fell in love
