I have a vertical base crack in my 2010 punx and I barely rode them.So on their website it says you can write in this little box thing with your message/concern relating warranty, but I got no reply.I would go into my shop and talk to them about contacting them but I wont be able to go there for a while.
does anyone have an email to someone at atomic that I could contact? or know how I can contact them and get some sort of reply?they prob wont warranty them but its still worth a try

Haha I had the exact same thing happen to my 09 punx. I even did the exact same thing, replied in their box. I didn't even tell them the year but they just never replied. I just gave up because I didn't think they'd warranty them because they are older. Eventually the crack spread to the topsheet and my binding pulled out.

Also, I sent a SASE for stickers and they replied with a bunch of stickers which was pretty cool. Maybe try their address? What size were yours btw?

173,but yea thats why im trying to get an email address to a person over there, cause that box thing doesnt seem to work. if not ill ask on their facebook

Well if all else fails I will buy your single nonbroken ski off you for a spare haha. But good luck.

Contact your division rep. I broke a pair of my race skis some how. Tip split, and I emailed the rep. It took a while cause the rep who was their Eastern guy was fired/left right when mine broke, but this summer I got in touch with them. Just sent back the skis and hopefully getting a new pair within the week. Its really quite painless. Just shoot them an email.

I have a customer service reps email. PM me if you want it.

Hi guys,

If you need warranty help, (ideally) you need to go into the shop where you bought them or next best is any Atomic dealer (but you will need a receipt). You need to incorporate a shop into the process (for any warranty really) as the middle man- no company is really set up to deal directly with consumers with this kind of stuff. Be polite and cool about it, and the shop will take care of it from there. And be prepared to wait at least 4-8 weeks to get a replacement (if they decide to give one). Just also know that there isn't really any product yet in the USA to replace them with...

I will help out as much as I can, but just know that I operate out of Austria, not Utah...

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I only went through the Atomic Rep cause hes the guy I bought the skis from. Follow OneNerdyKids advice before mine. Shoot your shop an email or give them a call. Have all your credit card info, reciepts, anything that may help handy.

MASSHOLE what happened to your skis? What were they, slalom or GS? Who was, and is now the rep you worked with? Tom Parks - old? Matt Schiller - new? I have a vertical crack in the tip of my slalom ski and I'm having problems with my shop getting it warranted. Thanks so much! JimGrossman@gmail.com
