i hear very little about this ski has anyone here skied on a pair of them because i might get em

y not?^they are great skis..stiff,good for carving,holds a good edge,and has good pop..there a great east coast ski

 
yeah, i have a pair of old tweaks and they kick ass. I was looking at some of the '05 models in my local ski shop and they are the lightest ski i have ever felt. Def. a good buy for the east where i am.

 
^ yea i ride the 04-05 tweak and its so kick ass. its super stable and beefy. it wold be better to be an aggressive skier for them tho. but yeah they really rock just dont get them with the new atomic binding cause its heavy as fuck

what the hell are you talking about? don't trust the image? that makes a little bit of sense...for now, but don't trust the skis, are you high? Atomic makes the #1 Race Ski in the world, do you not think that some of the knowledge and technology would transfer into their freeride skis? Guess what? It does.

The skis are super sick, they are stiff, but that just makes them a little more stable than other brands. As for BIndings, unless the Atomic By Look is in Stores (I don't think it is) then I recommend getting look bindings, the skis are the lightest on the market and couple that with the lightest binding on the market and you've got the best possible set up out there.

their good just cause of the stiff-ness and the bit o' race in them for speed, look at steele he killed it on those, then he saw the light and was converted to 4frnt-ism

Tweaks are a lot of fun to ride. I love mine, definitely a sweet ski. Really light, but stiff for good high speed freeriding in the east.

Since we are talking about atomics, how about the stomp? That is the ski I was thinking of buying, I want a ski that is a little more backcountry oriented, but also good in the park.

Winter needs to hurry its ass up!

The 04/05 stomps are super sick. There isn't a mounting plate on them anymore, so, like the tweak, it is now the lightest ski in it's class and also probibly the most stable. I rode them for park almost all spring, they're sick for that too.

i had the 03/04 tweaks. they only carve at high speeds but that just makes it more fun and theyre good in powder. a lotmore flex than i thought they would have and great on rails

i tried um, and didnt particularry care for them. however, im a very technical rider, and i favor medium to soft skis. these things handle speed really nice though, and from what i hear they are super durable.
