Atomic Tweaks?!?

Ok, what do yall think of the Tweaks from atomic? Do they suc or all they all right? Have ya ever even heard of em'?

 
Yea, I ride them and they are sweet. They are really soft, good for buttering and the like. They have good balance, and take jumps and landings well. It works all over the mountain too if you need it to, I personally like how it feels in the bumps. It works fine in fresh snow, but it can't come close to competing with a fatter ski for conditions like that. Sturdy edges too, they won't crap out on you from doing rails. Definitely a nice ski, awesome ride. Not many people have them though, I've had kids come up to me and be like 'Whoa, what skis are those?' Its a solid ski, look into it.

^ One Extra Comment: The Tweak actually does not flex as a soft ski, it is quite stiff. It holds a solid edge in a carve and rips the bumps and hardpack. When buttering though, I find that it flexs easily, and I am no heavyweight. It has an awesome balance to it, not to stiff, not too soft.

my buddy rides the stompers in the park, they rip, but u cant mount the stomps without the atomic riser plate, so u have to stick with the atomic bindings

yea thats what I found out when I was looking at tweaks, that whole binding system is kinda screwey but i dunno the skis sound great though.

 
The tweak is an example of a ski I actually stay away from, just because of shitty ass graphics.

Um, no, why in the hell wud u even consider atomics? Man , if i have eve heard of a faggot ski, that is it. U cud get a way better ski for the price of an atomic tweak, what a gay name

Best skis I've ever been on! And no, you don't have to mount atomic bindings on the tweaks. As stated above, the stomps will also be losing the plate for next year, and the new bindings will be much better. Graphics seem to be getting better every year too. The Pimp Edition Stomps are pretty cool looking. As a 193, they're a fair bit fatter than the 186 stomps, but when you lose the plate and add the new bindings, they're actually lighter than the 186's. Oh, and you get what you pay for. Atomic has been around for a long time, and they know what they're doing. It's all science and technology when it comes to making good skis, and there's no debating they have that dialed.

how can a ski be a 'faggot' ski? and what are you a women 'i dont like the graphics, so that makes them gay' damn man, a skis a ski, its not how it looks, its how it rides...

i have the PowAir's and they are just about the uglyest damn thing ever, but i ride them, Atomic is an awesome company that has a big racing background so i think you would find the tweaks to be a good ski anywhere on the mountian, with a smooth carve, but my personal advice, dont ask other peopel, go out and Demo them if you can, i think you would like them though i dont know many people who havent liked Atomic skis as a whole.

No you do not need to have an Atomic binding on the Tweaks, just the Stomps for now, which as it has been said will be changing around for next year. I ride mine with S810+ and they are really nice. Definitely demo them, they are widely available at most demo centers too, take advantage of it.

Well it sounds like im gettin some tight skis then! (and c'mon who friggen cares about tha graphics as long as they get me down the park im a happy guy) They sound tight.

 
the core is designed by NASA to be as consistent as foam, with all the properties of wood. however, after skiing on mine maybe 10 times, I cracked my edge clean in two, and burnt it right into the base. atomic sent me money because they had no more skis left. But i'm not going to buy another pair. fujatives for me.

i have em...they are sooo nice!!! ive been skiing em since last april and theyre still great on everything (its been mostly jumping and railsiding) super durable adn personally i dont REALLY like the graphic but the colours rock and it looks good

definetly a solid ski. nice and stiff for all mountain but amazing in the park at the same time.

their core is what they call densolite which is a mixture of foam and wood. their beta technology makes the ski a lot more stable under high speeds, and any other speed or condition.
