Yes, it is officially called the Amer Sports Ski Factory, but it's not exactly open to anyone who wants to hire it.
It is and was the same factory location that Atomic had since the 80's, and pretty much all of the machines/presses were made by Atomic. Some new machines are being added, and we just streamlined/rearranged the entire factory to be more efficient. That's a lot of shit to move around. A second factory is located in Bulgaria too, mostly reserved for the lower-end price point skis but some random high end stuff comes out of there as well.
All ski materials (the wood cores, the sidewalls, the bases, the edges, top sheets etc) are produced & created in house from raw materials. All graphic processes & applications are created in house as well. We do not purchase any ski components from any other manufacturer in order to build our skis. In short, they are 100% made from scratch, made by hand.
