Atomic bentchetler

SO i was chatting with one of my cronies the other day and he said that chris benchetler has a promodel comming out called the Bentchetler and it is a rockered ski hence the name Bent-chetler.

this is not relyable information THIS IS JUST A RUMOR just to keep ns moderately excited while the season is winding down.

It sounds like your friends read ski news and you don't. He is on atomic and was offered a pro model and hopes to call it that. Get your facts right. This is not new news.

Sorry if I sounded like a jerk, it was 2 a.m. when I wrote that. Seriously, that ski will be sick if it truly is what he wants it to be.

just because its gonna be a rockered fatty ski doesnt mean its gonna be like the hellbent... almost every major company is coming out with at least 1 rockered fat pair of skis next year... and there def not all gonna be like the hellbent..

Wait till Benchetler sees this thread, I'm sure he'll have some good information for you

Ya I heard about these. Now when we refer to "Bents" which skis will we be talkin about???? this is gonna be confusing

There are certainly a lot of rockered fat skis on the market, there is no question.

I'll be interested to see what it looks like. If Benchetler does get on here, some specs would be nice....

maybe he is elaborating as much as he is allowed? dunno

but if not, please do tell more

NO NO, you are all wrong chris doesn't have a ski coming out. He has quit skiing all together to become a helicopter pilot for Valdez Heli-skiing... word on the streets is that he was so stoked on helicopters on his recent venture to AK that he has decided he wants to do that for a living...silly NS kids and your complete lack of reliable information..

Yo guys,

I actually can't release dimensions yet because we are still working on prototypes, but I can tell you that I skied them in AK and I'm super stoked. Definitely one of the best powder skis I've ever skied. Can't wait to tell you guys more. It will be soon.

Cheers.
CB

they are sick... i was really skeptical about the softness of them, but their underfoot stiffness and camber makes them do well.

i really wanted a pair of jjs this year and this made an even better alternative.
