I'm about 5'9 160lbs. I was leaning toward 183 but just want to make sure. I like jibby skis and ski mostly in trees.

Without a doubt the 183, much more playful. I'm 180 pounds and and are riding the 183, I have even been weighing 190 pounds and riding the 183.
 
183 is much more nimble! go 183!

I'd only go 192 if I had some other pow jibby and would use the bent chetler as a big mountain pow jibby ski, you can still handle the 192 but that doesn't look like what you are after!

183 is the right call!
