what is the point letting everyone know that they are pretty good? lots of groups are mediocre, but they do not get mentioned. it should be the exact same way with slug. all of your ride his dick so hard! if you like hearing his stories, you should read a book. try out some kerouac, ginsberg, burroughs for a similar style. and saying that he is the most profound lyricist you have ever heard because you were geekin out on shrooms is of absolutely no consequence whatsoever. anything you listen to on shrooms will sound amazing. and it is fine for him to sell out and get popular because that's the only way to make money, but that's when kids who know what's really up should jump off the bandwagon. and i am not saying that because i want to stay underground b/c that whole argument is bullshit in the first place. but claiming he is this lyrical god is completely fallacious. period.
