It’s my first time here. This place is really nice. Decent amount of runs already open. Got a bit icy towards the end of the day. Was snowing straight ice. Decent amount of snow the past 2 days.

How far are you guys from Beaver run? I’m staying at the resort I’ll come by for sure.

ten minute walk (when going downhill lol). I'd prefer to walk along the river too - cut directly under the quicksilver lift line from the Beaver base and turn left on Burro - it'll spit ya out on Main St.

Just on main st so an easy walk. Also the breck freeride bus routes to get you everywhere

Unfortunately not, we only do drop-in footbeds. Racer's Edge around the corner is great for custom though

Do you guys adjust boots? My buddies cuff seems to be set up wrong for his leg shape. Think he’s too inward atm.

Super beautiful day today. Sun out and nice temps. Conditions were a tad firm but the deathwishes were right at home. The 104 performed better than the 112.

So, since no one has asked yet, are y'all wearing Santa pants?

Sounds like you do need to see a pro boot fitter to fix the canting issue you're speaking of. It could be just an insole issue, but don't start adjusting cuff angles until you have that part sorted. You could make the problem worse before you make it better.

Go talk to the guys at racer's edge, boot fixation, etc. for a simple consult before you pick up your allen wrench...

i dunno^, not every racecar driver gets to have a pit crew...

take your liners out and stand in your shells around shoulder distance apart, if your leg is touching one side of the boot and not the other, get the allen wrench out, most boots have a screw on either side with an oblong (eggshaped) washer that can go up or down or neutral. crack your lean forward. i had an epiphany with my own boots today after several seasons of discomfort.

dial it in while you watch a good ski flick.

One pair is red. The other is pink.

boot issue is not mine. I’m gtg. I just want custom inserts.

my buddy pictured above is having issues with his boots. He was fitted by evo.

As mentioned I’m not having issues. My boots fit great. I just want custom inserts instead of my super feet’s.

Another day in the books. Sun came out for a bit but the temps dropped towards the end of the day. Got icy and the meridians didn’t love that.

Had another great day on the mountain yesterday. Made it to all the peaks that are open and rode most of the lifts that were available. It was my final day unfortunately so I had to treat myself to a goodbye drink.

Back home and missing the snow so much. Had an absolute blast in Breck. Thanks to all the locals who made it such an enjoyable trip. Hope you all enjoyed the little ride with me.

Keep an eye out next month for my beaver creek trip.
