I gave up on this series halfway through Brotherhood, it was just the same game with a different plot. This here number 3 looks sick though...
 
pumped for this, but i wish they let if off for a while, it seems like revelations came out like last month
 
assassin's creed is quickly becoming one of the biggest money grabs in modern video game history. this looks like the dumbest one yet. i'll probably still play it though, i have no shame.

I didn't realize they were splitting their roman numerals up over time periods. That's just stupid. IMO this should be Assassin's Creed V.

this was an ad on a youtube video i was watching, in the first 6 seconds it makes you wait until you watch the shit you wanted to and i ended up watching all 6 minutes of it.

So I was reading some stuff about this game. It sounds like it's going to be fucking awesome.

Things I have read that are supposed to be in the game:

New, updated physics engine - supposed to take momentum into account more with your "freerunning"

Changing weather patterns with rain, snow, clouds, etc

Updated combat - no more wait, counter-kill, dodge, counter-kill, repeat, repeat

Animals

Ability to climb trees/rocks

Dual wielding weapons and the addition of a bow and arrow

Supposedly able to jump through windows INTO houses

Supposedly up to hundreds of enemies on screen at once

 
IMO it looks a lot better than the other ones (I have beat all of them). I like the new idea of momentum and free running lot. One thing is I hope that they intertwine Desmond into the story more instead of making side missions for him.
 
Being aboriginal myself I hope there is some kind of Native American element to this game. The tomohawk looks promising and there is potential to get into spiritual subject matter. Stoked.
 
Probably going to be the best one yet. Part of it takes place in Boston and the surrounding New England forests. They actually do a good job making the forest look New England-esque too.

 
Fuuu mobile, also the naval battle looms sick, all the gameplay i have seen looks amazing, defently getting this game
 
Blows every other Assassins Creed out of the water. The gameplay is incredible, and the plot literally takes you through a history lesson of the entire American Revolution. You play along side with Sam Adams, Paul Revere, Benjamin Franklin, and many other famous revolutionary heros. The missions are NOT repetitive, instead, it seems more like an interactive movie. There are optional objectives in every mission so you can chose the difficulty you want to tackle. You play as two separate characters, and both interrelate and tie together in the end.

I highly recommend purchasing this game or borrowing it from a friend.
