do it help much?? is it worth the money (160$)? often, when i fall, i fall on my side. i see the dainese ass protector got protection there. is it comfortable? any experience? tell me!

you can find crash shorts for a LOT cheaper than that.....i have a pair i use sometimes that cost me $90, and they're way more padded than those (gritXgear mountain boarding shorts). you can also get ones for even cheaper (like $60)

i just snagged the padded compression shorts from our school soccer team (for the goalie), they work very well. i only wear them for park/rails though, otherwise they're kinda weird feeling.

160 is way too much to pay, i got the pro tec ones for about 55, and they have the hip pads, which are very useful, and good ass pads

Roses are red, violets are blue, the shorter the skirt, then better the view

I had the RED Impact shorts and now I'm using the Pro Tec padded shorts. I really like them, they have kept me from bruising on my hips when I slide out on rails or land on my side when trying new spins.

 
Get padded compression shorts at a sports/soccer store. Only $30 and it works just as fine as all that fancy junk.
