Ass, hips tigh pain cure tips ?

So i last night i slip and landed my fat ass on the rail twice. this morning i can barely walk and it hurts as a motherfucker. as anyone of you newschoolers have any tips to reduce that pain or get it gone??

general advice:

rice

r - rest

i - ice

c - compress

e - elevate

keep your leg well rested, also get enough sleep, because your body recovers best when you're asleep.

apply ice (not directly!) to the bruised/swollen parts

compress (can be combined with icing, for short periods) using bandages or some kind of tights

elevate your hurt ass. well i guess that's not easy, but you can definitely put your legs up.

best wishes for your recovery. make sure you take it easy for max healing!

about 3.5 weeks ago i flew into a tree well and broke my tailbone, tore several back muscles, got extreme internal bruising and separated my clavicle from sternum. Quit bitching smoke some pot and forget about it and go shred

if by test you mean x-ray, then yes, also had some man hands pretty dang close to the hole. But i guess i didnt technically brake my tailbone, i fractured my sacrum.

But basically my whole ass/lower back were unmovably stiff and sore for about 3 days which i spent icing/taking pks/laying in weird positions. Now almost a month later there is a really subtle (not even close to as bad of pain tho as the first few days) pain when i sit on a school style chair or twist at the hips a certain way

ice bath followed by sitting in a hottub always seems to work. that and one of those rollers (stick or huge foam thing) takes care of most soreness. rest well too

if its a bruise ice it.. if its muscle, get a massage, its the best thing you can do for you muscles along with a lot of streaching

In trauma protocol, they usually do a rectal exam which can lead to the diagnosis. That's what I was referring to. Saw it done on car accident victims when I worked EMS (after they were in hospital) and my snowboard friend had to have one done after hitting ass first on to a rail. Fun times for us, not so much for him.
