Monday night at 6:00pm it snowed 6 inches in 40 minutes and continued to do so throughout the night. now i get up this morning and my car is stuck in the damn parking lot.
 
it is my personal opinion that if we have enuf global warming, CO will be the new Utah in terms of snowfall. plus we got the elevation so.....

what we are witnessing is only the beginning. cheers to suv's!

that makes my day.. tahoe kids crying that they got no snow... deal with it your not gonna get that type of snowfall for another 40 years
 
no dude... this is the deal, global warming means warmer temps, but when storms do come, they are so much more powerful because of the extra heat and fuel they dump a shitload more snow, but then it melts faster... its the same in hurricanes, the hurricanes keep getting more and more powerful. it used to be a category 5 once every like decade, there were 2 this year and one last year
 
mattwalker...talking out of his ass, youre not a meteorologist and even if you were they really have no idea about the effects of global warming on storms, so shut up.
 
hahah oh okay, matt has unlocked the secrets of global warming? Im sure all the thousands of scientists worldwide would like to thank matt for all his hard work in the field.
 
listen to this kid^, he's actually right. the warmer temps mean more moisture in the air, therefore more snow. It might go away faster, but when it hits it'll hit harder. so whoever that was hating on Matt's statement should learn what he's talking about first.
 
just how cold was it there when it snowed. im geussing just as as cold as its been for a long time. bt i donno, so whenever its like 32 and snowing im getting 6 inches and hour right?
 
this actually has a lot of trruth behind it, and i have a felling last years cally storms had so much snow cause of the increased evaporation but just my thought
 
wow are you kidding me...he says a few things and u say "lets get him banned" you are so cool...but im sure ppl have already told you that many times before
