Do you currently ski at Ascutney?

If not, why not?

If so, why so?

Would you ski at Ascutney if the spent money to build a GOOD terrain park or two?

Would you consider joining a freeride program or camp at Ascutney?

Do you think the resort has potential, or is a lost cause?

a park at ascutney would be nice but i know from first hand that it wont ever happen with the current owners. i work there for 4 years as a ski instuctor and "the park" guy i was told No jumps and rail no more than 2 ft off the ground lol yeah ok i also was the head snow maker and groomer shop forman. but my point is a good park will never happen

where would they put the sick park anyway? i remeber when i had a race there it was liek on the right side and only accessable by a double and it was really flat, maybe where th races are. but i would never sk ithere anyway casue they dont have a good atmosphere.

i was there maybe two years back and they claimed to have a park, which consisted of one poorly set up rail, a hip with a 3 foot booter that was about 50 feet long, and a "halfpipe" with inverted walls and it hadn't been groomed in months. I agree with ^, i didn't like the atmosphere either. Start with a few well built features and see waht teh general reaction is.
