as i was on a nice little stroll through boston yesterday with a couple of people and as they were walking by very rapidly, i would stop to look at every rail in boston. I realized that i vieww everything around me in a skiiers mind like wow i would jib that or oh thatd be an ill rail. anyone else have this experience

that adn you were probably thinking how gay the boston red sox are....oh shit I may have started a war with all of VT skiers

that happened to me when me and some friends were walking around the university of toronto campus...

Me:

"hold up a minute, i need to take a picture of this rail!"

friends:

"...wtf"

might sound obscure but we've got some siiiiccckkk stuff in alberta

calgary's city planners were gods because they put up guard rails around all of the perfect switchback paths in the valley

aka a plethora of perfect C's

all of the stairs in the Edmonton river valley have these massive flat wooden railings beside them so the city is full of perfect 100ft+ rails.

and St Albert is just rediculas. to bad the cops are assholes

haha its weird, when i used to skateboard, al i would look for is stairs, when i was really into VW's and Audi's i would look at EVERY dub that went by, and in teh past 2 years ive been really into skiing, ive been looking for rials to hit EVERYWHERE!!

It started with skating, then it builds, soon enough you see everything as in "is it possible to set up a little booter to do that"

same here, if im not lookin fr skate spots, lookin fr rails in the winter. and when i walk down stairs i allways count how many.

my school has the awsome rail going down the satirs and every day i walk down the staris for i grind the rail with my sandwich box, it sounds cool too

yup like when im sitting there in the backseat of the car i always just look for that perfect rail and i always count stairs as i go down or up them.... just the love for skiing i guess

ha i was up in the stacks i think it was the 13th floor and there is this concrete staircase that goes down to the next floor and its all open, it looks so crazy, down, flat (hard left), flat (an even harder left), then a sick down thats 90 degrees off the other down

yea werd its pretty common. whenever we drive everyone is usually starin out the windows lookin for rails.

^why? i like nobbles on the end.

Rails don't usually make me think about skiing, because usually I'm already thinking about skiing anyways. But if i'm thinking about airs , yeah dope rails make me think about rails instead. You've got to go scope it out and see if it's do-able then come back and slay it.

hahahaha, i do shit like that too

and when ever i see any kinf of rail, i imagine the best angle to jib it. and there are so many rails in colleges

all the time. ill be walking around with my friends. and just be like damn check that rail. and the ones that dont ski just stare, theyre like umm okay thats sweet. haha they just dont understand.

yea dude i do it all the time

and i run my hand up and down them like just thinking how they would slide and shit

sometimes but ive never been that into skiing aside from when im skiing. i really have two lives. my skiing live, which is my passion, and my outside skiing life

whhaaaat? no way dude it makes rails just all the more fun. you can spin off them real nice, and even if you don't the way that people come off donkey dicks straight looks sick
