the searchbar sucks. am I the only one who gets really fed up with how it searches for the exact phrases you put in? Like if you search for "dope jacket" threads like "dope red jacket" wont come up, making it so much harder to find stuff...?? If that was fixed it would make it way easier for people to find threads comparing different skis too! so we wouldn't need 400 invader vs. prophet 130 threads, cuz you could just search for 'invader prophet' and find what you need. (maybe not a realistic example, but you get the idea)

i dont like how it gets parts of words though like if you were searching for "car" you would get "racecar" awful example but you get my drift. it helps sometimes but is annoying others.

I use it and try to keep it simple to find what I am lookng for, but yeah it sure isn't google.

And it doesn't give you enough search results. If you're looking for a

thread called "US Open" from 2005, and you search for "US Open", the oldest result you'll get is from three months ago. Newschoolers.com has grown to a point where the search function needs a serious overhaul.

It'd also be nice to search thread content instead of just titles. But it's a big job to write a new search function. If one of you wants to try taking it on message cam or nopoles.
