ARV 94 review

Hi guys, I want to give you my review of the ARV 94 since there isn’t a lot of reviews on this ski. I have organized it into sections for easier reading.

The Armada ARV 94 is like the Swiss Army knife of skis—it’s versatile, fun, and handles a bit of everything pretty well. If you’re someone who likes to hit the park, cruise down groomers, and even dip into some powder now and then, these skis might be just what you’re looking for.

Design and Build

These skis have a mix of rocker and camber, which means they’ve got a bit of rise in the tips and tails to help you float in softer snow, while the camber underfoot gives you that good grip and pop when you’re on hardpack. They’re built with a solid core that’s both durable and light, so you can trust them to hold up while still feeling snappy.

On the Slopes

• Groomers: The ARV 94 does pretty well on the groomed runs. It’s not a speed demon, but it holds its edge and feels stable, which is great if you like to carve but aren’t going for record-breaking speeds.

• Off-Piste: With a 94mm waist, these skis can handle a variety of conditions. They float decently in soft snow, though they’re not a powder specialist. Still, they’ll get you through most conditions without a problem.

• Park: This is where the ARV 94 really comes alive. They’re super playful and love to hit rails, jumps, and all the fun stuff in the park. They’ve got a soft flex, making them easy to butter and spin, and they’re tough enough to take a beating.

• Maneuverability: These skis are easy to turn and super responsive. If you like to play around on the mountain—maybe throw in some quick turns or tricks—these are going to feel right at home.

Durability

Armada’s put some serious thought into making these skis last. The base is tough and can take some knocks, and the edges are built to survive all those rail sessions. The top sheet holds up pretty well, too, though like any ski, it’ll show some wear over time.

Who’s It For?

The ARV 94 is great for intermediate to advanced skiers who like a playful style. If you’re someone who enjoys mixing it up between the park and the rest of the mountain, these are for you. They’re forgiving enough if you’re still getting the hang of things, but they’ve got enough pop and stability to keep things interesting as you improve.

Pros and Cons

• Pros:

• Super fun and playful across different terrain.

• Handles soft snow pretty well.

• Built to last, especially for park rats.

• Easy to maneuver—great for tricks and quick turns.

• Cons:

• Not the best for really fast, aggressive skiing.

• They’re okay in powder but not amazing.

• If you prefer a stiff ski, these might feel too soft.

Final Take

The Armada ARV 94 is an awesome choice if you want a ski that can do a little bit of everything with a focus on fun. Whether you’re lapping the park, cruising down groomers, or playing in some fresh snow, these skis are up for it. They’re not the best if you’re into super fast, hard-charging runs, but if you’re all about a playful, versatile ride, you’ll love them.

I've heard the sidewalls on these are pretty shitty durability wise... You didn't really go into detail on the durability, so do you have any experience with the sidewalls being an issue?

Some? Lol

I can’t tell if its fully ai generated or not but I’m not gonna use a ai detector to check because they are all over the place when it comes to checking.

Yeah I take back what I said this is 100% ai generated.

In case you’re wondering why it’s the same kid who’s been banned 4 times and is on his 5th burner account. He wasn’t even back for 9 hours before he just couldn’t control his childish self and posted on my profile again.

It’s not ai generated, I just like to write formally like that whenever I am writing something that will be read by a lot of people like a report of sorts
