OK I have nothing against snowboarding but for my school newspaper i was assigned to write in op-ed about skiing being better than snowboarding. Throw down some reasons to ski and not snowboard. Thanks guys.

Ski faster.

Skiers can jump farther.

You can skin up with skis.

Snowboards are better in deep powder and behind snowmobiles.
