Armed Teacher ?

lmao

heres ur answer: its in fucking texas, of course they want their guns.....but they do have a good point of being able to protect the kids, even though it will prbly never happen

now when kids get out of line the teacher can threaten them with his gun, and make sure they shut the hell up. The kids might actually learn something for once, cause the punk kids might actually get their shit together.

my teacher snuck a french rifle complete with a grossly illegal triangal bayonet into a lecture about the Tet offensive, than he passes it around the class room. best lecture ever.

Texan logic:

"When the federal government started making schools gun-free zones,

that's when all of these shootings started."

Why is this such a bad thing?

Think if 5 teachers at Columbine had guns, maby only 4 or 5 people would of died instead of 13.

it isn't really a bad idea, i think it's pretty much guaranteed that there are texan kids bringing guns to school every day, may as well let the teachers have a means of defending themselves. you can't try to say that getting rid of guns altogether would solve the problem, because that is never going to happen. if you can't beat em, join em.

But then this brings entirely new sides to the argument, like what happens when a teacher snaps now that they have weapons? or what happens now that pedophilic teachers have a means of threatening students? Also, what happens to students who have guns poiinted at them, and the psychologic repurcussions of having that happen? what happens now that students KNOW teachers have guns, and know where to get them?

Its all hypothetical but its still possible.

yeah thats exactly what I was thinking, I mean, come on, who has never seen a teacher go crazy for some stupid reason (like if a kid insult them or something)... shit's gonna be volatile now that they have guns...

they should just have guards with guns, cameras at entrances looked at y guards, even metal detector if they feel the need for it. but anyway this is stupid texans were talking about, wht can we do?

Seriously. No shootings have even happened in Texas so what do they have to worry about? It just sounds like a cheap excuse to equip people with guns.

Its not like its the first time Texas did something like that.
