You guys haven't tried it, it fits real good, especially under a helmet. Possibly the only tall Beanie that fits comfy under a helmet since it is not so thick. Also the material is really breathable...

Cause everyone wear a tall beanie, and not many wear a helemet 100% of the time when they ski(take it off on the chair lift). Also, many people wear their google under the helmet, just like they would put the helmet on top of the normal beanie/google setup... So now, you can do that and be comfy... you don't have to do that... but I see a lot of people doing it... anyway.. I agree it look weird on a picture... but wait until you see it for real...try it on... you'll see... it's good
