i know im being a bitch for making another post about armada but i think its funny how many kids have armada icons and they dont know shit about the ski. Some kids have armada screen names on this sight. And i was just on freeskier and there was a vote on armada and like 12% or something like that of the people said they would definatley get the ski. How many of you kids can fuckin name the dimension of the ski? you all think its cool cause the pros have them. I think armada is a good idea but i think it will be funny if the skis suck and all these kids are buying them because who rides for them.

Yeah, the only pics are of the guys holdin them on the site, nothing much. Armada is all hype, and they're not worth gettin uuntil they have been at least reviewed.

you guys are corporate fucks. bash the underdog support the company who doesn't give 2 shits about the skis you are riding on. The Aramada are real nice. saw 2 pairs at whistler. they are stiffer then most skis, and they got basically the same dimensions as the scratchs, except they don't have the octagon side wall. They are rider owned and operated which is exactly which way the sport needs to be going, right now all the money you spend on your twins goes to developing a better rental ski for that company. GAY. Armada gonna revolutionize and your gonna be left behind.

ya well i can see how you guys can like them but what about all the deusche bags that just want to buy them because they think there cool. they couldent give a fuck if the ski sucked that just want them cause tanner or jp or any team member is skiing with them.

and dude dont get me wrong i say right on to armada we do need a company like them. but most of these kids just want them cause of the pros. im not bashing them down im just not going to be a retard and buy them cause Anthony b rides with them and sais there the best. i rember tanner saying the scratchs were the best. Which is the best make up ure mind.

ive never seen a sport (jibbing--i dont even like calling it that) that has so many posers in it. Armada is a perfect example. I would understand if it was this time next year and kids were all hot for these damn skiis. They arent even out yet and you havent skied them so shut up. Also jibbing is nothing like skiing, skiing is for just letting loose and enjoying the scenery and ripping apart backcountry-trees-moguls ect. Its not about seeing how many 12yr olds you can impress by pulling one of those tricks with a gay name.---Wow i feel better

i would have to agree with the poser thing.. thats what snowboarders are right> like they wanna be skiers but they suck to bad to keep two boards undercontrol so they only use one. right? well just a thought.

my bad what I meant to say was that snowboarding has more posers..there are kids at school with AE shirts that are like 'AE Snowboard Pipe Crew' and are all like 'oh snowboarding is way harder and cool than skiing' even tho they never have..

As for ARMADA..I think the idea is nice but lets wait until someone actually skis them and see how they last/perform for a year

i saw pic of some in the new freeze and they look sick, but im deff not gonna get any until i know that they can beat out the best of the best skis out there......and about tanner saying these are the best and the scratches are the best...... thats in his contract, he has to say that

true, its gay to be totally sold on a product that there are few details, or even pictures, about. Even so the idea behind the company is very cool and I don't think its such a bad thing if some people support it on principle, but if you're all excited cuz JP and Tanner told you to be, and u think that makes u a 'real' skier then yes you are a poser.

Isn't the market on twintips already saturated? Given that they're going to be limited in production, how much are they going to cost? I suspect $$$ for the exclusivity.

What about distribution? Will D-Structure be the North American supplier (there's an idea), or will I find them at the local Sport Chek?

I can't comment on the look, image, or performance of this ski, but the viability seem sketchy. I hope the guys don't think they'll see more money personally (like pro boarders) than they were getting with Rossi, Salomon et.al.

This is an impressive, and expensive team. They're going to have to kill at comps to get the brand exposure.

I don't know, I applaud their idealism and I wish them the best, but I can't help conjuring up images of Igneous' peril. Armadaskis.com. Emphasis on dot-com.

Interestingly in the 90 votes in the 'best terrain park ski this winter', Armada has garnered 8% of the total.

That seems roughly equal to the 6 team members riding them. Coincidence?...

ummm. people, armada is no longer hype, armada made its first apperance exactly 2 years ago at the x games and are currently displaying their 3rd year of skis, im pretty sure their proven, a little sketchy last year but good this year. CMON

Rossiscratch, you really need to mind your own business. I dont see you signing any pro contracts, so until that day comes, shut your FUCKING trap.

Secondly. Armada make a great product, in which you have prolly never seen with your own eyes.

Thirdly. The scratches are prolly the most similar ski to the AR5, out of the whole entire lot, so if you dont like armadas, then you should go give your scratches to your boyfriend.

Fourth and lastly. Dont be jealous just cuz youre on a foam core ski, and other kids have the brains to find a sweet deal on some rockin boards. Its not their fault that your an inbred white trash motherfucker. Go ski man, then talk all the shit you want once youre better than tanner. I dont see you makin skis and pushing the industry, all you do is complain like the rest.
