Hey are the armadas still going to be made in same country this year, you know the one we cant even pronounce the name of..... by Elan? Oh yeah and this year they mad their skis so that the edges met where you grind instead of at the tip and tail. That was pretty awesome since I blew out my edge cause of it. Wonder if there going to make amatuer moves like that next year or if they'll step it up. Anyways I still love and prob will still buy them next year. Just a thought though, ya know?

wow, i know the point your trying to get at, that everyone is crazy about armada, and yet you dont like them. But ive never heard anyone complain about the edges and the fact that there made in another country, which doesnt matter as long as the skis are good anyway, so just chill. You dont have to like armada, but its not worth posting about.

the edge rips out easily because they dont have teeth, nor do they go in very far, and the tip edge... i dont know what they did to make it so shitty

 
wheeew... lets all correct one anothers grammar and spelling mistakes. LAME. and i have never gotten the chance to ride armadas... but i'm pretty sure its easy to rip the edges out of any skis. some are easier than others... but eventually, the edges will fall out.

Thats not the point the point is that they ended the edges on the part where you grind therfore increasing the edge blow out potential about 100 times

if they really did it then they are retarded. But where did you find this out. because noboday has them unless youve got connections with armada, and i havent seen any reviews or info about the skis. and its just completely stupid to do that.

Umm i don't know about yours but mine are joined at the tip and tail not directly under the binding, maybe yours were defective or you cracked them. I certainly am not familar with everyone who rides on AR5's but I haven't heared alot of edge problems mostly delam
