Who has Armadas...especially AR5 this years.. i need some help i think i wanna get them jsut looking for some last minute reviews.. good or bad.. i wanna know it all thanks

 
i have em. i like them a lot, they held up well except for the topsheet which chips and scratches easily but its all cosmetic.

 
Careful about buying armadas; it makes it really limiting when buying skis in the future when you don't ever want any other brand again.

i got some ar5s still in the plastic this year for 200 bucks on e-bay and thats with shipping it was awsome ebay is defintally the place to buy skis bu you have to be patient

 
^boy, that really helped him know how they ride and hold up. I have this years and like them a bunch. In my opinion they are the best all around twin MINUS a good sidecut. I think 4FRNT and maybe the TMs have the ar5 beat there. Otherwise I love the stiffer flex and pop.

I'm saying, once you ride armadas, you never want to ski anything else again. It makes it hard to buy new skis because you don't have as many options.

just got new ar-5's, good landing in the park's, but i am thinking about selling them, so if anybody is this thread wants to buy.....i am selling because i need a mogul ski for my own personal goals.....
