Armada warrenty?

ive got some ar5's and the edges are cracked in like 3 or 4 places but there really small, and ive got alot of chips and stuff on the top sheet. so do you think i could get the warrenty or not?

yeah i just read that so i guess both things might not work but does anyone know of a way to do something to it so i can get the warrenty? my friend just did some shit to his skis on purpose and he got the warrenty, so is there anything you know of to make it worse or something?

 
yeah my skis cracked 11 times and it delamed under my bindings and they still didnt cover it..armadas sucks

Armada is really weird about spelling, so don't expect much. I wrote an essay for them and forgot the accent degou on an e and JP got all bitchy about me disrespecting francais.

no matter what any ski company says about beefy edges all edges are going to crack and get fucked up if you do a lot of rails

For what all of us on newschoolers like to do your skis are not suppose to be in perfect condition and if they are your a pussy and dont like to try any tricks

try being honest with them and being an actual person...not some fucking douche bag going around ripping people off...i have several friends who have sent back skis and got new ones ot becasue they made the damage worse...but becasue the company noticed that it wasnt the persons fault that it de-lamed or the core rotted out becasue it wasnt properlly sealed so moisture got in....i cant beleive i still just read that u want to rip a skiing company, or anyone for that matter off becasue u dont know how to treat your gear...maybe you shouldnt off been so hard on them or not totally destroy them on rails think..."oh ya i can always just send them back"... next time treat your stff with some respect and dont be a MASSIVE TOOL

YO I got the warranty from my AR5's, the Green and Black ones...so i guess 2004's...the bottom of the sidewall delaminated from the top of the base....were there is a strip of metal that runs along the ski... I had no probs. Keep in mind that the warranty is 1 year, proof of purchase. Now i have 2005's.....it took about 2 and a half weeks to get them.

Dont be a Cunt Rag and intentionally do something to your skis, thats just fucking stupid.

Actually, DO IT Hit 'em reeeallly hard with an AXE then send 'em back....and when they reject you, you'll have no skis at all! Bitch

 
Hi, I work for armada, you should put your ski in a door jam and pry it around 180 degrees till it breaks, then send it to us so we can laugh in your face and not warranty your ski.

ive had like 5 or 6 inches of the ski delaminate so i was just asking if thats not bad enough can i like make it look alittle worse, i didnt mean i wanted to like hit it with a hammer or break the ski in half or something. and im sure that everyone that sends their skis in for warrenty makes them look worse than they were.

I love it when some kid comes up to me at a demo or shop beggin for new gear...cause they broke and edge ot two on their skis...well? stop jibbing or skiing across asphalt....i even had to listen to some twerp explain how he broke his skis doing a 3 kinker down in reno in the spring...guess what?? no skis for him that day....

thats why park skis are cheap...they are ment to be skied hard until they break

ive worked at a shop too and ive seen alot of people come in saying they have messed their skis up more so they have a better chance of getting a new pair.

first of all im for armada and i dont like people who rip off companies like armada/4frnt but to be honest you guys are talking about skis like they cost a whole lot to manufacture(not including marketing). So i really dont think a ski company is going to go down with people replacing skis for warranty issues

skis are so cheap to make in respect to the profit margin they sell the ski at.

but you deffinantly are a douschebag for trying to warranty your skis because of a few cracks

 
its not the cracks its because 5-6 inches of it is delaminating and everytime i ski on them it gets alot worse.

cause the first time you posted you said chipping...

and to me that means top sheet chipping from crossing your skis etc, which is normal and happens on ever pair of skis that have vertical/slant side wall. Heck I've even seen people gouge out the rounded corners of cap skis.

Chipping does not = Delamination

chipping also does not = a new pair of skis through warranty.
