I bought the 08 ar6's last fall and within the first week of the park being open, there was a broken edge that continued into the core. You can see the crack through the base and it extends like and inch in. Ever since it has been alot harder to slide rails and feels really unstable. I called Seth at Armada and he said send them in and they will either swap them out or give me a good deal on next years. My problem is that I want those skis back if I cant get a new pair to have them as urbans next season and will probobly buy amplids next year to use at the hill. Do they send the skis back if the wont warranty?
 
i'm not sure if they will send them back to you but you should get some pair of skis back, either your old ones, a pair of this years, or next years ar6. Either way, amplid skis look pretty sweet. core company.

 
somting simalar happend to me umm my base is coming out the heel off my ski and the edge isnt beaten up at all. but im on el rays
 
im guessing you can do that at the very most.. but i doubt youll be able to get new free skis and also keep your old ones
 
^yea really all i want is to not lose a pair of skis because i dont really want armadas next year
